My Subpar, Negative Store Experience The entire atmosphere and experience at your Lad Vegas location was SUBPAR! The lady who handled the currency exchange was not the most pleasant person at all! She was very unfriendly and her communication skills and overall demeanor: very serious. She noticed my arrival at the store, yet, she didn’t greet me, nor did she acknowledge my presence by saying: “Hello. Welcome.’I will be right with you in just a moment, please. Thank you.” (whether she might have been helping the other customer waiting at the lobby, or not… It was not a reason for her to have dismissed me out of turn. Also, I was never informed, nor explained beforehand about transaction fees they YOUR company deducted from my currency exchange (over 10%!) Plus, the foreign currency to dollar variance), which made my dollar return a very unfair exchange overall. ALSO! Your website’s exchange rate for that day, which I had just read moments before arriving at your store, IS NOT the same, as the exchange rate the unfriendly employee quoted me! I do not recommend store because of my the unpleasant atmosphere, poor, unfriendly service and your hidden fees. ,

Changing money in the USA is more difficult than I thought The fact that it is very difficult to exchange foreign currency in the USA was new to me. I expected to be able to simply walk around and find easily a place just like in Bali, Cambodia or Thailand....eventually I was introduced to your business. The lady was very nice. She explained everything and we were in business swiftly. The only negative experience was the actual venue. It was very dirty and completely messy. Not sure if she just moved in or if she doesn't care. I didn't feel comfortable exchanging money with such surroundings. Since I had no real choice I accepted it. For America I thought the office could be in a better shape.

Simple and efficient It was simple, fast with plenty of agents quickly assisting with each facet of our `transaction. Will defintely use them again!
