Changing money in the USA is more difficult than I thought The fact that it is very difficult to exchange foreign currency in the USA was new to me. I expected to be able to simply walk around and find easily a place just like in Bali, Cambodia or Thailand....eventually I was introduced to your business. The lady was very nice. She explained everything and we were in business swiftly. The only negative experience was the actual venue. It was very dirty and completely messy. Not sure if she just moved in or if she doesn't care. I didn't feel comfortable exchanging money with such surroundings. Since I had no real choice I accepted it. For America I thought the office could be in a better shape.

I called customer service about…Email of the shipping form I called customer service about problems with getting the shipping form. The woman I worked with was wonderful! She should get a raise! The issue was at my end with email. She helped me resolve the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I successfully printed the return postage form.
