My Subpar, Negative Store Experience The entire atmosphere and experience at your Lad Vegas location was SUBPAR! The lady who handled the currency exchange was not the most pleasant person at all! She was very unfriendly and her communication skills and overall demeanor: very serious. She noticed my arrival at the store, yet, she didn’t greet me, nor did she acknowledge my presence by saying: “Hello. Welcome.’I will be right with you in just a moment, please. Thank you.” (whether she might have been helping the other customer waiting at the lobby, or not… It was not a reason for her to have dismissed me out of turn. Also, I was never informed, nor explained beforehand about transaction fees they YOUR company deducted from my currency exchange (over 10%!) Plus, the foreign currency to dollar variance), which made my dollar return a very unfair exchange overall. ALSO! Your website’s exchange rate for that day, which I had just read moments before arriving at your store, IS NOT the same, as the exchange rate the unfriendly employee quoted me! I do not recommend store because of my the unpleasant atmosphere, poor, unfriendly service and your hidden fees. ,

The order arrived quickly but short of correct amount The order arrived quickly and in a sealed FedEx packet. Only problem was the order was exactly 100 Euros short of the paid order. I asked if there was a reason for the shortage with a reply that I needed to send a photo of the Euros. I was already traveling by the time I received that response. I asked that they check their daily balances to see if they were that amount off from their balances So far no response. I’m sure it was just a miscount on their part but unless I get a positive response back I will not use the service again.
