But the lady coming in from lunch then clocking in to her computer she came to wait on me to renew my loan and apologized for the 18min I sat there!!!

GBI have not received any statement I have not received any statement, bill, etc. I have only received a phone call. I requested my account number and Tower’s contact info during that call. I later received a letter stating that Tower had not been able to get ahold of me! In this letter was contact info, and not specifically my account number. How am I expected to make a payment when I do not have the basic of information?!
