I was forces to sign a loan application… I was forces to sign a loan application to get the solar installed. Everyone involved knew I intended to pay all but the non interest bearing portion of the bill with a credit card. After signing the application, I never received a copy of the document until the solar installation was completed. At that time I learned the interest bearing portion, had become a loan and I could not pay the interest bearing portion with a credit card, I was pissed!! Your only saving grace was some of your service representatives. I will not do business with your company again and will express my opinion when asked.

The interest rate offered was… I think it was 1.9% for 10-years. The interest rate offered was significantly lower than what I would have received through a local bank. The application and approval process was smooth and easy and able to be accomplished on-line. Lastly, so far, everything they've offered has been serviced with the utmost of professionalism. I'm not impressed easily, but I have to close with I'm impressed with my experience.
