There were lower interest rates available but with price gouging on the solar panel system if including latest incentives. I was forced to get a solar panel system because my utility company monopoly is currently price gouging the rates. I have been spending thousands of dollars to be more energy efficient but the increasing rates keep me paying the same if not higher and higher energy bills. If it were not for Sungage I would have stopped paying my electric bill and moved to a better, healthier, fair country.

I was forces to sign a loan application… I was forces to sign a loan application to get the solar installed. Everyone involved knew I intended to pay all but the non interest bearing portion of the bill with a credit card. After signing the application, I never received a copy of the document until the solar installation was completed. At that time I learned the interest bearing portion, had become a loan and I could not pay the interest bearing portion with a credit card, I was pissed!! Your only saving grace was some of your service representatives. I will not do business with your company again and will express my opinion when asked.
