GBWisetack Can't Figure Out Payments I have recently entered into a contract with wisetack to pay out an HVAC purchase. The time had come for my first payment. I ensured plenty of money was in my account, imagine my surprise when I received an email saying "UH OH, we couldn't process your payment." 24 hours again, the same email comes a second time. I call wisetack, and they tell me to wait and it will be fine. Today I received an email saying a payment is due soon. The payment amount is double my monthly payment. I assume to cover the payment I "missed." Look at my account statement, and I have been charged my monthly payment twice! Plus interest charges, plus convenience fees, and still with a double payment scheduled to draft in two weeks. I called wisetack again, and they told me i was wrong. That no payments had been made or reflected in their system. I explained to them I was literally looking at it. I was asked for screenshots and provided them. I was told I was still wrong, and they just don't know what the problem is, but they definitely know I still owe this money that I have paid them twice. I also assume they are busy trashing my credit on account of their failure. They were no help, and disinterested in my problem, nor were they able to offer any measure or plan for recourse. There are a million credit apps out there, avoid wisetack. They clearly are incapable of processing simple payments

GBEase of application process Ease of application process. Loan offer automatically extended when project was delayed. Great doing business with a company that is so efficient. Only down side was the verification process was a little awkward so wasn’t sure it “took”the first time.
