Quick & Got What I Requested I ordered early to allow time for it to be sent to my small rural village & it came next day! I was very impressed. Also thankful for the small bills I requested, in the past from other places I’ve tried to get small bills & they’d say they didn’t have any. I’m going to be in smaller towns so having tip money & cash is very helpful without worrying about finding an ATM & breaking large bills

First time customer, great experience! First time customer (first time traveling outside the US!) and I ordered currency which arrived even a day earlier than expected! To otherwise get the currency, I would've had to drive all the way out to the airport and pay for parking, so even with the delivery fee, between the time and money I would've spent on gas and parking vs the convenience, I think it worked out great. All money accounted for, very easy, highly recommend this.

Quick & Professional My only complaint is that they don’t handle coins and I specifically wanted coins for a Japan trip. It doesn’t state that anywhere on the website. Nevertheless, the service was quick and professional. The person helping was friendly and answered my questions. I recommend this service.

Convenient Location but might be a long wait I love how convenient this location is - a small booth in the Pearlridge Mall next to Fun Factory. At first it was difficult to find because the booth was empty for several hours after 3pm - seemed like the girl running it went on break for 2 hours, which wasn’t listed on the hours on google. So, I had to wait for her to come back, then stand in line for another 30 mins. The line moved slow, and some people don’t understand how to make reservations on the website so they stand in line just to ask questions. That part was annoying, but the girl running the stand is really sweet and helpful. Aside from the long wait, using the website was easy and I got my money quickly once it was my turn. Will definitely be back for future needs!
