First time customer, great experience! First time customer (first time traveling outside the US!) and I ordered currency which arrived even a day earlier than expected! To otherwise get the currency, I would've had to drive all the way out to the airport and pay for parking, so even with the delivery fee, between the time and money I would've spent on gas and parking vs the convenience, I think it worked out great. All money accounted for, very easy, highly recommend this.

Quick & Professional My only complaint is that they don’t handle coins and I specifically wanted coins for a Japan trip. It doesn’t state that anywhere on the website. Nevertheless, the service was quick and professional. The person helping was friendly and answered my questions. I recommend this service.

It is a crap shoot wether they will do their job or just report that no one was home to sign. I won't recount my prior problems but you should be aware of the schemes some drivers employ with regard to signature deliveries.

I was in a rush to get Yen for a school… I was in a rush to get Yen for a school trip for my daughter to Japan! I waited until the last minute, per usual thinking I could just walk in to a local currency exchange and get Yen. I was completely ignorant. This is The only place to get foreign currency, last minute, with overnight delivery! I will definitely use the currency exchange again for all future currency exchange transactions in the future! Extremely Satisfied!
