I suggest for you to be more responsive when customers are inquiring about the status of their orders, which has not been the case for me. No one responds when people ask about the whereabouts of their money when there's some delays in the delivery of cash in Cuba. Understand, this creates a lot of anxiety as it is not an official/traditional way of sending money to your loved ones. Thank you

GBThis service worked great This service worked great! Our family in Cuba received their money in their card almost instantaneously!! Have only used it once and hope it always works this good! BTW, we only send in $100 increments.
