I suggest for you to be more responsive when customers are inquiring about the status of their orders, which has not been the case for me. No one responds when people ask about the whereabouts of their money when there's some delays in the delivery of cash in Cuba. The attendant answered all my 11 questions one after another, immediately without any waiting period. Very transparent service. They also made the service easy without complications. They emailed both parties: sender and receiver.
