GBThe service is ok, could improve more The service is good, although the communication is not. I suggest for you to be more responsive when customers are inquiring about the status of their orders, which has not been the case for me. No one responds when people ask about the whereabouts of their money when there's some delays in the delivery of cash in Cuba. Understand, this creates a lot of anxiety as it is not an official/traditional way of sending money to your loved ones. Thank you
