I Trust HavanaShip First of all, the communication is prompt, fast via WhatsApp. (either English or Spanish). I had 11 questions regarding shipping to a province in Cuba. The attendant answered all my 11 questions one after another, immediately without any waiting period. Very transparent service. They also made the service easy without complications. They emailed both parties: sender and receiver. They shipped all my Humanitarian goods (school supplies, medicines, medical equipment, etc.) on a Friday morning and the receiver got it ALL (26 pounds) by Wednesday, in person, just 6 days.
