I suggest for you to be more responsive when customers are inquiring about the status of their orders, which has not been the case for me. No one responds when people ask about the whereabouts of their money when there's some delays in the delivery of cash in Cuba. Understand, this creates a lot of anxiety as it is not an official/traditional way of sending money to your loved ones. Thank you

GBMLC transfer I was a little nervous about sending a money transfer to an MLC card but everything worked out fine. The support staff was excellent and communicative. The transfer itself arrived about 2 days later (I think there was a bit of a hold up on the Cuban side) but otherwise the transaction went super smooth.
