I suggest for you to be more responsive when customers are inquiring about the status of their orders, which has not been the case for me. No one responds when people ask about the whereabouts of their money when there's some delays in the delivery of cash in Cuba. Understand, this creates a lot of anxiety as it is not an official/traditional way of sending money to your loved ones. Thank you

GBI Trust HavanaShip First of all, the communication is prompt, fast via WhatsApp. (either English or Spanish). I had 11 questions regarding shipping to a province in Cuba. The attendant answered all my 11 questions one after another, immediately without any waiting period. Very transparent service. They also made the service easy without complications. They emailed both parties: sender and receiver. They shipped all my Humanitarian goods (school supplies, medicines, medical equipment, etc.) on a Friday morning and the receiver got it ALL (26 pounds) by Wednesday, in person, just 6 days. GOD bless them. I highly recommend HavanaShip on any of their services: sending money, sending goods, sending packages, etc.
