One minor issue I've had over the year using Novo is understanding how deposited checks using the mobile app reflect in analytics. Between the pending time and cleared time, the amount deposited gets moved to the reserves. This only impacts my ability to know which month the amount is credited if deposited near the end of a month.

The app is full of financial services and features that will help you manage your finance with easy, and the $0 fees aren't comparable with any local bank or financial institution. We had over $75,000 in our account with them, and without any prior notice or valid explanation, they abruptly closed our account. 🤯 But that's not even the worst part! Despite their claims of sending us a check for the remaining balance, we NEVER received it. 📉💸 What's more frustrating is their complete lack of accountability and customer service. There are NO live representatives to speak with, and they refuse to provide us with a tracking number or any means to resend the check. 😤 We've been left in the dark, scrambling to recover our hard-earned money.
