Job Loss and New 401K assistance needed With all the Covid BS going on and my refusal to wear a mask, I was let go from my previous job at a Big Box store. I had to get my 401K out of their system and found Choice. They have a local branch and wanted to keep supporting the local economy. They had many choices for a 401K and I chose the Roth. Any problems I have encountered have been resolved quickly and almost always had been either my misunderstanding the system or just plain my stupidity. They have always been there to help.

I'm relatively new to crypto investing I'm relatively new to crypto investing, and am so far pleased with my Choice account. I get timely responses to my questions and good communication regarding tracking the movement of my funds. I'm hoping that Choice will be able to offer the following in the near future: 1) Interest bearing accounts 2) More crypto offerings (e.g. more from the list of offerings on KRAKEN).

Incredible app Incredible app, incredible team, incredible service. I have used it to roll old 401k’s into my choice account and they have been there every step of the way. I plan on also using their cold storage option for my Bitcoin as well because I can use my current Casa multi sig account. I also hold traditional assets in my choice account as well.

No android mobile app No android mobile app, the website isn't mobile friendly either. Would like to see data, news and updates regarding Cryptos that I hold and in general and not just an email that says BTC has changed price. I do love that I am able to contribute at my own pace to my account. Looking forward to development and a more robust application and website/dashboard experience.

Choice makes it's easy When I started looking for a good partner to help me invest in cryptocurrency using a 401k rollover I researched and spoke with a number of companies. So many of them had significant fees and were either somewhat complicated or had a hard sell dynamic to it. I stumbled onto Choice and it was sooo customer friendly - easy to setup, easy to do the rollover...easy to invest in major cryptocurrency projects. You have options around how you want to custody your holdings and the fees are clear and reasonable. I rarely write reviews - but have to say that if you want to roll over a 401k or invest in Cryptocurrency using an IRA you need to take a look at Choice.
