GBTold one thing, then another I was told at the dealership that I would be able to split my vehicle payment into 2 payments so I could pay with each of my paychecks. I contacted Exeter and they said that is not a option. So now I am faced with having to return my vehicle.

GBMy second chance l I've been through so much in the last few years. I am an xray tech for 25 years and was put in an ICU for COVID19 and it was a horrible experience. I never had covid19 or any symptoms but the patients I had to work with their survial rate was next to zero. So much loss of life it really took the life right out if me. Some days I thought I would die and other days I wished I would. After that I left health care and washed dishes at a grill for about a year. I had lost my car credit was in yhe dump no one would help me to finance a car and you guys took a chance on me and gave me a chance to feel whole again. I owe you guys alot. Thanks for helping me get my life back..Gratefully Karen

GBVery rude customer service and they… Very rude customer service and they would not allow me to switch the due date for my car note to a more convenient date. I'm a vet and don't work so to prevent a late car note I wanted to change the date and they didn't even try working with me. I will never finance with these people again.
