USVery rude customer service and they… Very rude customer service and they would not allow me to switch the due date for my car note to a more convenient date. I'm a vet and don't work so to prevent a late car note I wanted to change the date and they didn't even try working with me. I will never finance with these people again.

USTold one thing, then another I was told at the dealership that I would be able to split my vehicle payment into 2 payments so I could pay with each of my paychecks. I contacted Exeter and they said that is not a option. So now I am faced with having to return my vehicle.

USI never spoke with anyone…I received… I never spoke with anyone…I received emails welcoming me to the company but never had the pleasure of speaking with anyone. I guess if I miss a payment I will get a chance to talk to someone.
