GBTurned into a better experience I recently moved and wanted to check my BankMobile account because I wasn't sure if I had to change the address on the site or if I could change it via my college's webpage. I accidentally locked myself out of my account and called their customer service line, and it did nothing for me I was on hold for a good 20ish minutes until I got hung up on for absolutely no reason. Edit: I saw that other people were getting help on Twitter which was much faster and more helpful. Thank you Cathy.

GBMike & Team 5 STARS Mike and the rest of the team were fantastic. I couldn’t remember my PIN number, they couldn’t reset that, which is okay but they reset my account about 5 different times and were so polite! They were timely, and definitely did their best. I wouldn’t recommend calling because I’m sure they’re incredibly busy in the call center, but I would try instagram or other social media. They aerie very fast.

GBI was on hold several times trying to… I was on hold several times trying to contact Bank Mobile customer service through phone. I started looking for other contact options and came across Bank Mobile Twitter and noticed that the staff were helping other people in need of help. I sent a DM and was very grateful at how quick Mike responded to me and helped me. I was shocked that I received help so fast compared to how long I was waiting on the phone for.

GBthe best I couldn't get into my account because my number wasn't associated with the account. So I tried to use my email but its been suspended because too many attempts. I just realized I can dm askbmd on twitter. Sary help me through my troubles and now I got my account back thanks to Sary. If I ever get in trouble with my account Sary will definitely solve your problems and fix it real quick. Thank you Sary again for helping my with my account. Much appreciated

GBBank Mobile is trash and customer… Bank Mobile is trash and customer service is trash. You can't download bank statements, wire transfer never works, can't transfer funds to my Navy federal bank, must wait 5 to 7 to get a personal check, they don't issue out checks, they don't have cashier checks. You can only get $400 out of the ATM, there is an limit on how much you can get a money order, never can speak with a supervisor, customer service just transfer you to one person to the next. This bank just sucks!!!!!!
