GBFees are ridiculously high! Responses were timely but assistance and information was lacking. Every question asked was handled with we don't do that you have to ask ______ refused to provide itemized bill. Actually received an email that said send the money already.

GBThe worst It was crazy how long the process took. I’ve purchased cars before and was in and out within a couple hours. Tresl took over a month to get everything straightened out. The employee I worded with has no ideas what he was doing.
