GBWasn’t allowed zero stars… Wasn’t allowed zero stars…. It was a royal pain to contact anyone, then it wasn’t “that persons job”. Just today got an upbeat email from Tresl celebrating the great news with a “beep beep cartoon” to inform me my title was done processing. Great news except the car was sold in August of 2023. If you are trying to get your transaction done in under a year, Tresl is an outstanding option

GBThe worst It was crazy how long the process took. I’ve purchased cars before and was in and out within a couple hours. Tresl took over a month to get everything straightened out. The employee I worded with has no ideas what he was doing.
