GBTakes too long to transfer then fails Use an exchange to buy currency and transfer it to tour wallet if you want to buy NFTs in time. Crossmint took so long to not process my order the price had flows up for the asset I was buying which made miss out on a lot of money. I was refunded after 24h. I was fuming with the service it's just an inconvenience. It's more miss than hit using this. I wouldn't use it if you need your funds there urgently. It's not reliable. This is REGARDLESS of network congestion by the way.

MKCustomer support is really slooooow Customer support is really slooooow, both on discord and on email. They are also very unsure what to dub approved what not... Had extreme trouble getting my collection (or website, product how ever you want to name it) approved. First it was that my website did not meet crossmint content policy (fixed that), then the NFT prices as they are not oke? (apparently if crossmint is giving you a transaction limit, you don't look at that you have to price your NFT how they want it? Might be logical idk, for me it's kinda not), then it's the websites looks (content policy aside you need to have a ground breaking website look) it's to bare it not to some crossmint standard i guess... And if you were in my shoes and try to get a single website approved for almost 2 months you would give up as well. Was hesitant to write this comment because (and not making this up) i'm still waiting for them to reply for the last week. 1 week to write a single reply... Call me crazy but that is slow. And at this point i throw in the towel. And they ClickBank is bad? Nope meet the new standar. Will also add that maybe my nationality had a part in this as well, and this project of mine was seen as unsafe... Who knows... The title says that support is slow, but i gave you a more in depth preview of customer support experience.
