LoanMart Maria, the loan officer, was extremely pleasant, understanding and efficient. The staff were all very kind. My only concern was when the borrowed loan would appear in my bank account. In requesting that information I received 5 or 6 different responses. The money did arrive today, Wednesday. The loan request began last Friday, so that is pretty quick. Overall, I’m quite pleased and satisfied with the staff and company.

I would give them zero stars if I… I would give them zero stars if I could. These people want so many documents it's ridiculous and then when you give it to them, they tell you they need more. I'm talking to a different agent every time I call and getting told different things. Horrible experience.

Better Instructions Better in structions on how to use the UPS label and to look into the Spam folder for the instruction barcode to give to the Walmart Super Center Money Place for the first time people that have never went there would be helpful. I had to make like 5 calls to figure out all of those things.

Easy process, kind people Javier was very helpful in letting me know what files did and didn't upload. He was very patient when things didn't want to upload quickly (but other times, things would upload right away). If I had any questions, I could either email or call Javier and he was totally okay with it. Things went fairly smoothly and easily. I would recommend LoanMart to anyone.
