Ughh… 15 minutes for funding after its scanned into the UPS system. That was hours ago and nothing. Can't get anyone to take my call. If this is the service you provide everyone I am truly surprised you are in business. Yes, I called on Sunday because I had to, the person who answered the phone assured me that a loan officer would call me right back. That was at 11:43am central time. 5 hours later nothing. Don't tell someone a loan officer is there and can help then have nothing and I mean nothing happen. During my last call I was informed that they went home early. Absolutely ridiculous

I'm talking to a different agent every time I call and getting told different things. Horrible experience.
