Blocked My Tokens. Bewars of this Scam! I've been trying unsuccessfully to swap or move my tokens from this wallet and it keeps telling me that I need to deposit more tokens which are way more than what I hold. In effect, my tokens have been blocked by these people and it looks like a very clever way to steal user funds. It doesn't surprise me as I've heard some horror stories but I refused to believe them but now I know. Be very careful using this scammy platform. Not everything that looks shiny is legit or has any integrity.

The worst exchange I've unfortunately… The worst exchange I've unfortunately used. Says swap completed. Takes your money but doesn't give you the swapped amount. Customer service is a waste of time. Nearly a week of their lies now and I've had enough. These criminals will steal your money and then refuse you help to get it back. They don't read emails properly. Then reply with nonsense nothing to do with your inquirie/complaint. AVOID!!!

This group of agents are second to none! This group of agents are second to none. I’d lost access to my wallet and honestly thought my crypto was gone for good and even though it took a few days of messaging back and forth looking for a solution we figured it out. Thanks to all of you that helped me and a special thanks to Tyler for being able to identify the problem and being able to communicate the solution clearly. You’re the man thanks again.

platinum support :-) using as amateur First just friendly warning if you are new to crypto - dont use swap immediately after you receive crypto, wait for confirmations otherwise you will pay "bump fee" and its really high. I am using Exodus wallet for storing crypto and swaps. I am not a pro to dive into whose got better prices for fees, but I think theirs are reasonable enough for me. The support is above standard , quick response with explanation and kind approach. Something I encounter only few times after decades of using IT online services.
