Great customer service I have been using Exodus desktop wallet for over 7 years, and I almost never had any problems with it. Their customer service has always been responsive and professional whenever I bumped into an issue, but those happened very rarely. The only negative side has been rather high transaction fees (sending, swapping, etc.)

Best customer service ever Best customer service ever! Made by accident a BTC swap to USDT on the Optimism network??? => So my funds could not be swapped / Transferred / anything. Reached out exodus helpdesk, they put 50 cent on my account so I could reverse the transaction 👏

Blocked My Tokens. Bewars of this Scam! I've been trying unsuccessfully to swap or move my tokens from this wallet and it keeps telling me that I need to deposit more tokens which are way more than what I hold. In effect, my tokens have been blocked by these people and it looks like a very clever way to steal user funds. It doesn't surprise me as I've heard some horror stories but I refused to believe them but now I know. Be very careful using this scammy platform. Not everything that looks shiny is legit or has any integrity.

Exodus staff has been extremely… Exodus staff has been extremely professional. Any trouble that was perceived or occurred. The staff were relatively prompt with solutions that fixed the issue. With questions about alleged changes in the market “QFS” they relaxed my fears. I pray they continue the great work and provide any information that could be of use to us the holders of cryptocurrencies
