Nearly a week of their lies now and I've had enough. These criminals will steal your money and then refuse you help to get it back. They don't read emails properly. Then reply with nonsense nothing to do with your inquirie/complaint. AVOID!!!

Great customer service I have been using Exodus desktop wallet for over 7 years, and I almost never had any problems with it. Their customer service has always been responsive and professional whenever I bumped into an issue, but those happened very rarely. The only negative side has been rather high transaction fees (sending, swapping, etc.)
