Great customer service I have been using Exodus desktop wallet for over 7 years, and I almost never had any problems with it. Their customer service has always been responsive and professional whenever I bumped into an issue, but those happened very rarely. The only negative side has been rather high transaction fees (sending, swapping, etc.)

Wonderful experience I just like the way Exodus has been growing over the years. Now my Exodus profile is over 6 years and I must say I can see many negative reviews but until now I have no complains or issues. I like the addition of Web3 and referral sytems. Join and enjoy the rewards.

Best customer service ever Best customer service ever! Made by accident a BTC swap to USDT on the Optimism network??? => So my funds could not be swapped / Transferred / anything. Reached out exodus helpdesk, they put 50 cent on my account so I could reverse the transaction 👏

Exodus is a big scam.I put my btc in… Exodus is a big scam.I put my btc in exodus for a swap, I tried to swap my btc to usdt and later it started pending after I got a message from exodus that I should contact n.exchange after I contacted they asked for verification and I did all the verification then after all my verification they have refused to give me my money back now they do not answer me . All this happened today and yesterday.

I've used the Exodus wallet now for 7… I've used the Exodus wallet now for 7 years, and have used multiple others as dictated by the various cryptocurrencies. Exodus is my go to wallet for most of my cc's as I feel that it is the most secure online wallet. I use a cold wallet as well now to further secure most of my investments. I am now encouraging family and friends that are just getting started to use Exodus also.
