Great customer service I have the issue to receive verification code on time to get my rewards. Another agent told me is my email address is an issue and need to change to a different email address. After changing the email address, I couldn't login to my account with existing or new email addresses, had to ask her to change the email address back. Kathryn identified was root cause of this issue. The verification code was not sent fast enough at rebateme's end and worked with me on the specific time to request the code so she can email to me. I finally able to get Amazon gift card, THANK YOU, Kathryn!

Reliable tracking and good customer service I've only used them a few times, but I've had a really good experience the few times I have. Cashback has tracked correctly without any support needed. Also support went above and beyond. I misread the terms of a sign up bonus and emailed them about why it wasn't showing up and they explained the terms more clearly. They even extended the period for the sign up promo for me beyond what it is normally after I asked, even though they didn't have to (I didn't end up making use of it since there wasn't any shopping I needed doing at the time, but it's the thought that counts). They also sometimes send out promos, like one recently I got where I get 5$ gift card and $3 cash back if I make any qualifying cash back purchase. If I had to give advice it would be to make their adblock exception list able to be found more easily, as it is I can't find it at all even with a search, just an article referring to it with no link With my limited experiences I can rank them among the top cashback sites.

Not ideal Sending payment to my paypal account has never worked no matter what I try, yet I have no issues elsewhere. When trying to remedy using the link on their site, I get a 404 page not found error. The check option requires at least $1k, so I had to cash out using an Amazon gift card which isn't as ideal. I'm inclined to stop using this service and stick to the others that work like they should.
