Reliable tracking and good customer service I've only used them a few times, but I've had a really good experience the few times I have. Cashback has tracked correctly without any support needed. Also support went above and beyond. I misread the terms of a sign up bonus and emailed them about why it wasn't showing up and they explained the terms more clearly. They even extended the period for the sign up promo for me beyond what it is normally after I asked, even though they didn't have to (I didn't end up making use of it since there wasn't any shopping I needed doing at the time, but it's the thought that counts). They also sometimes send out promos, like one recently I got where I get 5$ gift card and $3 cash back if I make any qualifying cash back purchase. If I had to give advice it would be to make their adblock exception list able to be found more easily, as it is I can't find it at all even with a search, just an article referring to it with no link With my limited experiences I can rank them among the top cashback sites.

I installed the app I installed the app, when I shop remitly and was prompted f0r $8 cash back, but it was never stated in my rebatesme account. Is it a hoax? Also, how do I contact the customer service? There is no way to contact rebatesme customer service. I also never received the $30 first joined fee, but it said cahsed on my dashboard!
