USsays there are rebates for Amazon and… says there are rebates for Amazon and Safeway, but I can’t seem to get either to register/work. I read that for Amazon the shopping cart needs to be empty, but even with that step taken - no success.

USReliable tracking and good customer service I've only used them a few times, but I've had a really good experience the few times I have. Cashback has tracked correctly without any support needed. Also support went above and beyond. I misread the terms of a sign up bonus and emailed them about why it wasn't showing up and they explained the terms more clearly. They even extended the period for the sign up promo for me beyond what it is normally after I asked, even though they didn't have to (I didn't end up making use of it since there wasn't any shopping I needed doing at the time, but it's the thought that counts). They also sometimes send out promos, like one recently I got where I get 5$ gift card and $3 cash back if I make any qualifying cash back purchase. If I had to give advice it would be to make their adblock exception list able to be found more easily, as it is I can't find it at all even with a search, just an article referring to it with no link With my limited experiences I can rank them among the top cashback sites.
