He was extremely patient with trying to find the best option based on rate, first payment due date, and any additional perks like GAP and third-party warranties. We spoke numerous times throughout the process and he did not oversell me on the first option despite it being the best one after all was said and done. I appreciate him letting me draw my own conclusions and being there when I was ready to finally pull the trigger. In sum, the rate they found was the best I was offered across multiple platforms and the service was fantastic all the way to closing. 100% would recommend!

Good first-time experience with auto refinance Being the first time I've done a refinance on a car, I didn't really know where to turn to.
