Good first-time experience with auto refinance Being the first time I've done a refinance on a car, I didn't really know where to turn to. Nerdwallet recommended Gravity Lending as one of the best brokers to do a refinance with and, after treading carefully and crunching some numbers, their proposal made sense to me. It also helped that the loan officer assigned to me, Itzel, was courteous and down to earth and interested in servicing my account. Great first refi experience!!!! Purchased a used truck from my local dealership, despite good credit score, got hit with high interest rate. Worked with Kai from gravity lending and he helped me out by getting me a much better interest rate. Awesome guy, turns out he is a veteran as well, awesome to work with and definitely took care of me. He helped me outnthrough my first refinancing experience.
