I stopped in one time for info only on CD's and thought the CD person, [not a teller] seemed to be too busy and wanted to get on to something else. I took this as an exception to the otherwise good service.

Great advice and service! Today I sought advice about opening a Kasasas account. Before I made the trip to the bank, I chatted with Scott McKerley, online bank manager. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of my questions, and helped me feel sure that this was the correct route to take in order to make the most with the money I had to invest. Once I got to the bank, I met with Yadira Duran, and she was also very helpful and patient, educating me about both the Kasasas checking and savers accounts. I am amazed at the amount of money that I will earn in interest each month, and this is going to help me make a decision about retiring earlier than I expected. Very pleased with the service and expertise of ACU!

Great Place to Bank Great place to bank. I opened an account here a few years back and never much used it. However, I have gradually been moving loans here for the interest rates--my truck loan is a third of what I used to pay. People are friendly and professional. There are only two locations, but you can use other credit unions for transactions. I have another credit union account that doesn't allow this which can be very inconvenient
