Great advice and service! Today I sought advice about opening a Kasasas account. Before I made the trip to the bank, I chatted with Scott McKerley, online bank manager. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of my questions, and helped me feel sure that this was the correct route to take in order to make the most with the money I had to invest. Once I got to the bank, I met with Yadira Duran, and she was also very helpful and patient, educating me about both the Kasasas checking and savers accounts. I am amazed at the amount of money that I will earn in interest each month, and this is going to help me make a decision about retiring earlier than I expected. Very pleased with the service and expertise of ACU!

Great experience! I was back home recently and I went to go pay my credit card bill at the Arapahoe Credit Union, as I'm a part of the shared branching program. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and answered all my questions. As a non-member, they went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend Arapahoe Credit Union if you live in Colorado

Ive been a member since '79 or so and I… Ive been a member since '79 or so and I wanted to cash some checks made out to my mother who is unable to get to the bank. She endorsed the checks over to me but ACU wouldn't cash them. I had more money in each of my 4 accounts to cover them but still no go. Now I have to get a notary public to my Mom's nursing home if I want to cash the checks because my Mom can't travel. Very inconvenient. But I must admit, they have been quite good over the decades. This recent issue just came up today.

Go to Arapahoe Credit Union for your loan needs! Arapahoe Credit Union was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process when refinancing my vehicle! I purchased my Hyundai Tucson shortly after having to claim bankruptcy, I haven’t even owned the vehicle for a year and Arapahoe Credit Union was able to refinance my loan, lower my interest rate by almost 9% and in turn lowered my car payment. If you are looking for an easy loan process and being treated like you are a valued customer regardless of your credit score this is definitely the place to go!

Great Product and Customer Service Great Product and Customer Service. One of my favorite things about Arapahoe Credit Union is the customer service they provide in person and via phone. They answer all of my questions and are prompt in responding when I reach out with issues. Their banking products compete with every bank and credit union that I've ever worked with. The only draw back i've come across is that the online banking doesn't show pending transactions but they have a solution to that by using the CardNav app that can assist with that. I am looking forward to an update that fixes that quirk so they can be stellar!
