The process was streamlined and easy to… The process was streamlined and easy to follow, complete and submit. Any of the customer service reps I spoke with were very kind and helpful. My only request would for there to be a way to get a message to the customer if there was an uploaded document that still didn't come through or was blurry. I did not get any messages that my voided check submission was blurry and it took a call to customer service the next day to be informed of that.

SoFi is the real deal SoFi is the real deal. This online experience was really amazing. From the application to the funding, it was fluid. Ex. need a picture of my ID, sends a link to my phone. I take a pic and the online page automatically changes & asks me to click continue. Get it? From the phone to the website? Real-time? Also, I had options on how to disburse the funds and they linked effortlessly to my bank account. So other companies do online processing but it is usually a headache. I highly recommend this experience.
