My only request would for there to be a way to get a message to the customer if there was an uploaded document that still didn't come through or was blurry. I did not get any messages that my voided check submission was blurry and it took a call to customer service the next day to be informed of that.

The application was easy, straight forward and self explanatory which I loved! I read through the agreement because I was looking to see if there was a penalty for paying off early and there isn’t! That was important to me! I had done weeks of research and their interest rate is better than my credit cards which is why I took the loan in the first place! One payment instead of 4, I appreciated that! I like the convenience they offer for automatic payment debit every month so I don’t have to worry about it!
