Great Experience! Great Experience! We had refinanced before with another company and it was stressful and they never seemed to have all of the information they needed even after saying they did numerous times, so we were hesitant to try again even with money and year savings on the loan. My husband filled out a survey just to see what was out there and we got numerous calls from lenders who would not quit. Finally he spoke with Melonie at Gateway and we thought we'd give them a try. So glad we did!! Our experience was wonderful! We were even on vacation with not a lot of connectivity towards the end of the process and while we did have some forms to sign off on Melonie helped us do it the easiest way possible to get back to our vacation. In the end we got a great rate and were able to take 10 years off of our loan. Very happy we went with Gateway!

Perfect from start to closing Kerri Abshire here in Texas was professional and caring. She was with us from start to finish. She bent backwards for us answering all our questions. She was also available by cell phone day or night. She made the entire process go very smoothly unlike our last experience with a different company. Ms Abshire was very genuine.
