As Treasurer for our Condo Association, I had tremendous difficulty finding a Bank that would assist on a Capital Improvement project. Having taken over our COA, as a new Board we were highly dismayed when we realized that reserves had not been set aside for the replacement of our 20+ roofs. The fact that it was in the middle of all the PPP loans being made, made it difficult to get any response, even from our local banks. That's when I found Arch Capital Solutions. They located a lender who would give us a loan at a fairly reasonable rate and with terms we could meet. They were persistent in seeking the loan for us, communicated very clearly on all matters, and got the job done. Our Association is very grateful for their professionalism and tenacity.
