I cant see myself on/off ramp my cryptos without Spritz. The savings and speed I get by using Spritz Vs Centralized exchanges such as (Crypt com/Binance /Coinbase) is night and day. GBSpritz has always on customer chat Spritz has always on customer chat. Talked to Ben. They figured out the issue - and its usually something I did that wasn't quite right- but they fix it immediately or let you know when they did it. I was trying to send an ACH to buy USDC and sent it from an account without my name on it so it caused an issue. All fixed fast.
