They figured out the issue - and its usually something I did that wasn't quite right- but they fix it immediately or let you know when they did it. I was trying to send an ACH to buy USDC and sent it from an account without my name on it so it caused an issue. All fixed fast.

Best fees compared to other services and on/off ramping is a breeze. Turning everyone on to this service.
