Novice's mix up! I'm a complete novice with crypto but I needed to pay a small bill with it. I thought I'd researched everything properly but I made a complete mess of everything and ended up paying money into a virtual bank account I'd accidentally created. I contacted Spritz and Ley from there was just incredible, going over and above to help me sort things out. Very quickly my money was refunded to my account when I'd actually just written it off.
