I appreciate Ley because he went above and beyond to do this. I feel that I am in good hands and there's nothing that would be in the way if I have difficulty again. I was skeptical at first but once I actually used them I haven't wanted to use anyone else for this because it's quick and convenient and their fees are reasonable and fair. They figured out the issue - and its usually something I did that wasn't quite right- but they fix it immediately or let you know when they did it. I was trying to send an ACH to buy USDC and sent it from an account without my name on it so it caused an issue. All fixed fast.
