Then I asked why my funds were not left at a temporary address until the end of the “investigation”, but were immediately transferred to another address? Support responded that my funds went to the exchange’s hot wallet, and they recorded a certain equivalent of my funds in a certain account until the end of the investigation. Those. my funds turned out to be clean enough to be listed on the exchange infrastructure and participate in trading. To my request to show the address with the recorded equivalent of my funds, they responded with silence. 5. Finally, the FixedFloat service itself, through which I received blocked funds, resumed operation. I will contact their support to confirm that the funds came from their addresses. FixedFloat support responded that since I could not confirm that I initiated these exchanges, they could not provide order information. BUT, if Changee contacts them directly, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM that the transactions for the listed trades were sent from their addresses. The question is, why didn't the Changee agent do this himself within a month? TOTAL Confusion about the reasons for the delay: first an incorrect Bitcoin address, then blocking by some agent. They did not leave the funds in the escrow account and did not in any way confirm the recorded equivalent of the funds. For a month, they did not ask for confirmation from the service through which the funds were received. Silence and standard excuses like “We understand your concerns, wait for the investigation to be completed.” Very convenient for delaying time and keeping the funds for yourself. 25/03/2024 The funds have arrived and the situation has been resolved.
