GBGreat Customer Service My experience with SeedFi has been wonderful. I've mostly been able to make payments on time, but was let go from a job and didn't start a new one until two months later, so I missed one payment and they reached out to me to see if they could offer any "programs" to help me out. We were able to push my payment back a couple of weeks so that I have time to get a paycheck from my new job. Gabriel, the customer service person I spoke to, was kind and understanding. I'm sure not every customer service person is amazing, but I'm glad Gabriel was!

GBRepresentative didn't call back It was fast and the reps were professional. The issue is my husband wanted a loan with savings as well but the system kept throwing him out because we had matching bank accounts! The representatives told him for 2 days they are fixing the glitch but never called him back again! That made me wish I didn't do it either as we wanted to do this together!

GBThis process was so fast and seamless This process was so fast and seamless. I just had a bankruptcy discharge in April. Of course, I am considered a criminal in the land of Credit, so for seedfi to give me an opportunity to build my credit again was definitely amazing for me. I love the fact that this is a line of credit or an opportunity to build credit and you get half now and the rest later. It’s almost like you are investing into yourself.
