I’m giving SeedFi a 5 star rating I’m giving SeedFi a 5 star rating, because they have helped me when I needed them the most. They provided me with a reasonable loan with good terms that will help me get out of debt in the shortest amount of time.

Great Customer Service My experience with SeedFi has been wonderful. I've mostly been able to make payments on time, but was let go from a job and didn't start a new one until two months later, so I missed one payment and they reached out to me to see if they could offer any "programs" to help me out. We were able to push my payment back a couple of weeks so that I have time to get a paycheck from my new job. Gabriel, the customer service person I spoke to, was kind and understanding. I'm sure not every customer service person is amazing, but I'm glad Gabriel was!

Run as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company I've had a loan for less than a year through SeedFi managed by SST - Systems & Services Technologies. Since the loan origination, I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer (throat, esophagus, liver) and fell a month behind in payments with huge medical bills (now caught up). I received daily emails from SST to which I would respond that I am unable to speak by phone presently because of my circumstances. I would receive a rude, snarky response that no accounts are managed by email and they demand a phone conversation. Then came the threatening letters that I was refusing to respond by phone and they would refer the account to collections. For being 2 weeks late on one payment. I am awaiting the closing of a piece of real estate and indeed to pay this off immediately. I have taken all of their correspondence and mine and sent it to my state Attorney General to report their business practices and also to the FTC. Run as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company. Apparently no one can read who works there.

THE PROCESS WAS FAST AND EASY Seedfi worked fast and efficiently to get my loan approved, funded and into my bank account. Everything was carefully explained to me leaving no questions unanswered. Thank you SEEDFI

My experience has been a pleasant one My experience has been a pleasant one! All of the staff has been amazing. The only critique that I have is that SeedFi stop advertising that you could receive the funds within 24 hours, that is not the case it definitely took around 72 hrs. Other than that everything was fairly straight forward. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
