I have always had I have always had a bad service with Nextloan always issues with funding or repayment. I have used Nextloan several times, and I regretted it so much. They have the worst customer service Are you guys out of business now?. I switched to a more reliable platform “Easy bee” who cares about it user and the customer service are the best.

I took a 500 loan put over a year ago I took a 500 loan put over a year ago, I was to pay them back 500 or 2600 or something close to that in a year. I agreed, its been over a year they are still taking money from me and they have now taken 3787 from me and when I tried to call them their number picked up and a voice bot said goodbye and hung up. I have tried to contact them via email and it just sends me to their website that only says they aren't accepting new applications and the same phone number that doesn't work.

Friendly staff ,they answers any… Friendly staff ,they answers any questions you have .they explain there option very clearly .used them twice to help when I've been in a pinch an will recommend nextloan if your in a need of extra cash

Well I originally applied on 9/30-2022… Well I originally applied on 9/30-2022 . Got Approved, waited til 10-3-2022 and no deposit. So I called just to be told that it’ll be deposited before midnight . Then I wake up on 10-4-2022 , still no deposit. So I call back just to be told that I voided the loan . I didn’t void nothing , so I had to do the process all over again . Service could of been better as far a time and proper information.
