I have always had I have always had a bad service with Nextloan always issues with funding or repayment. I have used Nextloan several times, and I regretted it so much. They have the worst customer service Are you guys out of business now?. I switched to a more reliable platform “Easy bee” who cares about it user and the customer service are the best.

I had the opportunity to work with Rae at Next Loan Lending yesterday to get some questions answered regarding my process, and they could not have been more responsive, helpful, prompt, and kind. I have had an incredible experience with Next Loan Lending and look forward to a long relationship of support. I shared with Rae that I genuinely believe that Next Loan is in the business of saving people's lives--I am so grateful for this assistance during a challenging time!

Reevaluate Your System Christmas is coming up and I figured after paying the full amount that I would be able to get a little more then another $250, but from what I understand you go by a computer system which I think is very stupid. Using a computer system to determine what someone should borrow if they are willing to pay back the full amount is just not fair to the customer. You need to reevaluate that system some more to better serve your customers

Well I originally applied on 9/30-2022… Well I originally applied on 9/30-2022 . Got Approved, waited til 10-3-2022 and no deposit. So I called just to be told that it’ll be deposited before midnight . Then I wake up on 10-4-2022 , still no deposit. So I call back just to be told that I voided the loan . I didn’t void nothing , so I had to do the process all over again . Service could of been better as far a time and proper information.

The people I had an interaction with… The people I had an interaction with throughout my entire loan process were wonderful to work with. They helped me out so much even when I don’t have perfect credit. I would highly recommend this company if you need a loan fast.
