GBReevaluate Your System Christmas is coming up and I figured after paying the full amount that I would be able to get a little more then another $250, but from what I understand you go by a computer system which I think is very stupid. Using a computer system to determine what someone should borrow if they are willing to pay back the full amount is just not fair to the customer. You need to reevaluate that system some more to better serve your customers

GBI think they went out of business I have always had excellent service with Nextloan never had any issues with funding or repayment. I have used Nextloan several times, always repaying my loan in full. My issue is the phone number listed on the website or the phone number I usually call is no longer working? Are you guys out of business now? It was so easy to reapply by phone but I can’t seem to reach anyone.

GBWell I originally applied on 9/30-2022… Well I originally applied on 9/30-2022 . Got Approved, waited til 10-3-2022 and no deposit. So I called just to be told that it’ll be deposited before midnight . Then I wake up on 10-4-2022 , still no deposit. So I call back just to be told that I voided the loan . I didn’t void nothing , so I had to do the process all over again . Service could of been better as far a time and proper information.
