GBI have always had I have always had a bad service with Nextloan always issues with funding or repayment. I have used Nextloan several times, and I regretted it so much. They have the worst customer service Are you guys out of business now?. I switched to a more reliable platform “Easy bee” who cares about it user and the customer service are the best.

GBI was in a bind and needed emergency… I was in a bind and needed emergency cash. Next Loan made the process easy which gave me peace of mind because, I could focus on what is important. The customer service rep was attentive and processed everything quickly.

GBReevaluate Your System Christmas is coming up and I figured after paying the full amount that I would be able to get a little more then another $250, but from what I understand you go by a computer system which I think is very stupid. Using a computer system to determine what someone should borrow if they are willing to pay back the full amount is just not fair to the customer. You need to reevaluate that system some more to better serve your customers

GBThere was alot of back and forth… There was alot of back and forth checking my bank information and just my opinion too many questions about my account that I felt was unnecessary! ( like other money that was not my paycheck that was being deposited in my account)
