GBWorst Customer Service EVER!! I sincerely wish I could have continued with giving no stars or negative stars but it doesn't let you. The customer service of this "company" is by far the worst I've ever experienced in my life. You can't reach an actual person for anything in the world. They can make videos on how to get a refund from a merchant however if you need a refund from Step forget about it. I have literally been trying to reach someone for over 7 hrs now. Visa tells you to call the bank, the bank says call Visa but for some reason you can't call STEP. I'm starting to think it is a shell company or a scam. WHAT IS THE NUMBER TO TALK TO A PERSON AT STEP?? NOT VISA NOT EVOLVE BUT STEP? WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER? Horrible Horrible or non existent CS. I have NEVER taken the time to write a review for anyone ever, good or bad. However this is the worst experience of my life so I decided to try and warn ppl as I wish someone would have warned me.

GBThe STEP program is an excellent Teacher! The STEP program has been an excellent tool in helping us to teach our daughter about financial responsibility, and to prepare her for the "real" world after graduation. With the STEP card, she has been able to have her paycheck from her part-time job directly deposited into her account. It gives her a greater sense of autonomy now that she doesn't have to come to us for money and can pull out her STEP card. It's her money and her choices at her disposal. She is excited now about saving money and watching her savings balance grow. And she is far more responsible in what she spends her money on. The STEP program has made a huge difference in her life, and in ours!

GBStep is the best Step has been the best banking experience I’ve ever had, I’ve never experienced any bugs or issues with the card or transaction. It has helped me to significantly grow my credit from nothing to really good healthy credit with perfect credit history.

GBSupport is Superb!! I’ve been using Step for quite some time teaching kids financial responsibility. They sure don’t get this in school and schools should teach this so kids understand finances and credit. We changed our kids number but could not update it. A quick email/ chat with support was quickly resolved. We really appreciate this option for our kids!! Thank you.

GBWhy Step is the King of debit cards for teens…. Ok so I am 16 and with the help of my sister she was able to get me a step card. I’ve been so satisfied with the amount of rewards introduced since I joined and also the support team they answered everyone of my questions with clarity. If you’re looking to get your kid a debit card definitely join step to help them not only earn rewards but build credit before they’re 18!
