What a complete garbage app features… What a complete garbage app features are horrible and terrible like the points category of retailers none are available where I live and shop. What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. GRAMMA looking to grow I am a low tech GRAMMA looking for a way to 'grow' my relationship with teenage grandkids beyond sending things on Amazon, they may not want, and gift cards limiting them to 'where' to eat & shop. I have occassional foster kids I have occassional foster kids. The STEPcards teach them responsibility and I can monitor their spending and add money when I need to. When my kids were in school i would have to leave work drive an hour 15 minutes to take them money if something came up. This is an amazing genius idea.

Definitely 5 stars Definitely 5 stars. Amazon and Step are the 2 companies whose customer service never lets you down. My job accidentally issued me a check instead of a direct deposit and since check deposit is still being rolled out on step, I didn’t have that feature yet. After talking to step support and them getting back end approvals, they easily helped me out and gave me access to check deposits! Very helpful and well trained staff! Shoutout to Cody for helping me out!
