What a complete garbage app features… What a complete garbage app features are horrible and terrible like the points category of retailers none are available where I live and shop. What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. Needed help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!

The best banking app I’ve used so far! Step has been one of the easiest & best banking apps I have used unlike cash app for example you have 2 separate cards both you can lock & use! Support is Superb!! I’ve been using Step for quite some time teaching kids financial responsibility. They sure don’t get this in school and schools should teach this so kids understand finances and credit. We changed our kids number but could not update it.
