Worst Customer Service EVER!! I sincerely wish I could have continued with giving no stars or negative stars but it doesn't let you. The customer service of this "company" is by far the worst I've ever experienced in my life. You can't reach an actual person for anything in the world. They can make videos on how to get a refund from a merchant however if you need a refund from Step forget about it. I have literally been trying to reach someone for over 7 hrs now. Visa tells you to call the bank, the bank says call Visa but for some reason you can't call STEP. I'm starting to think it is a shell company or a scam. WHAT IS THE NUMBER TO TALK TO A PERSON AT STEP?? NOT VISA NOT EVOLVE BUT STEP? WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER? Horrible Horrible or non existent CS. I have NEVER taken the time to write a review for anyone ever, good or bad. However this is the worst experience of my life so I decided to try and warn ppl as I wish someone would have warned me.

I appreciate the fact that they reply in a timely manner to each and every question or concern Ive had, and are friendly and professional. It's very comforting to know when dealing with your money, that you're in good hands, and can expect 5 star level customer support. I definitely will recommend Step Bank to anyone. Great customer service I had an issue with a sponsor account that I’m responsible for. I emailed them to help resolve this. Almost right away they responded. They were very helpful and polite. The issue was resolved.

Best Banking for Teens & Adults alike! Amazing Bank for Teens & Adults that need their credit fixed with their secure credit card. I must admit you can find better banks that offer Zelle and other services like an debit card but you can always have a Step Account and another Bank Account :)

Great card and customer service! We have been using Step for a few years and it has saved us so many times, aside from it just being a great way for my kids to manage their money. Today, I had a minor issue and Conrad in customer service helped me in no time, and made some adjustments to make our experience even easier for me to manage! Highly recommend!
