The best banking app I’ve used so far! Step has been one of the easiest & best banking apps I have used unlike cash app for example you have 2 separate cards both you can lock & use! The customer support is also amazing & they get straight to the point! I highly recommend this to anyone wants to increase their credit scores as well!

Why Step is the King of debit cards for teens…. Ok so I am 16 and with the help of my sister she was able to get me a step card. I’ve been so satisfied with the amount of rewards introduced since I joined and also the support team they answered everyone of my questions with clarity. If you’re looking to get your kid a debit card definitely join step to help them not only earn rewards but build credit before they’re 18!

My job accidentally issued me a check instead of a direct deposit and since check deposit is still being rolled out on step, I didn’t have that feature yet. After talking to step support and them getting back end approvals, they easily helped me out and gave me access to check deposits! Very helpful and well trained staff! Shoutout to Cody for helping me out!

What a complete garbage app features… What a complete garbage app features are horrible and terrible like the points category of retailers none are available where I live and shop. What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. What a complete rip off and scam
