Step is the best Step has been the best banking experience I’ve ever had, I’ve never experienced any bugs or issues with the card or transaction. It has helped me to significantly grow my credit from nothing to really good healthy credit with perfect credit history.

Needed help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!

Kevin and his team were AWESOME about getting it to the right recipient and was very professional at keeping my mind at ease. I thought my money was out in the clouds somewhere. Definitely 5 stars Definitely 5 stars. Amazon and Step are the 2 companies whose customer service never lets you down. My job accidentally issued me a check instead of a direct deposit and since check deposit is still being rolled out on step, I didn’t have that feature yet. After talking to step support and them getting back end approvals, they easily helped me out and gave me access to check deposits! Very helpful and well trained staff! Shoutout to Cody for helping me out!
