Definitely 5 stars Definitely 5 stars. Amazon and Step are the 2 companies whose customer service never lets you down. My job accidentally issued me a check instead of a direct deposit and since check deposit is still being rolled out on step, I didn’t have that feature yet. After talking to step support and them getting back end approvals, they easily helped me out and gave me access to check deposits! Very helpful and well trained staff! Shoutout to Cody for helping me out!

definitely recommend this app I've been using this app for the past 3-4 years. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and understand, and almost every question you need answered is right in the FAQ section. And if there happens to be any questions I have that are unanswered, customer service assists me beautifully. Transferring money between accounts, sponsors, and friends hasn't been a hassle in my experience. Buying physical products has honestly been stress-free as well, considering you don't need to enter a PIN number whenever buying something, so you're practically in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting out on their financial journey, or parent's who want to start their kids out with little to no issue.

Great card and customer service! We have been using Step for a few years and it has saved us so many times, aside from it just being a great way for my kids to manage their money. Today, I had a minor issue and Conrad in customer service helped me in no time, and made some adjustments to make our experience even easier for me to manage! Highly recommend!

Kevin and his team were AWESOME about getting it to the right recipient and was very professional at keeping my mind at ease. I thought my money was out in the clouds somewhere. Step is the best Step has been the best banking experience I’ve ever had, I’ve never experienced any bugs or issues with the card or transaction. It has helped me to significantly grow my credit from nothing to really good healthy credit with perfect credit history.
