Needed help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!

Great card and customer service! We have been using Step for a few years and it has saved us so many times, aside from it just being a great way for my kids to manage their money.
