GBNeeded help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!

What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. What a complete rip off and scam
