GBNeeded help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!

GBWhat a complete garbage app features… What a complete garbage app features are horrible and terrible like the points category of retailers none are available where I live and shop. What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. What a complete rip off and scam

GBBest Banking for Teens & Adults alike! Amazing Bank for Teens & Adults that need their credit fixed with their secure credit card. I must admit you can find better banks that offer Zelle and other services like an debit card but you can always have a Step Account and another Bank Account :)

GBWhy Step is the King of debit cards for teens…. Ok so I am 16 and with the help of my sister she was able to get me a step card. I’ve been so satisfied with the amount of rewards introduced since I joined and also the support team they answered everyone of my questions with clarity. If you’re looking to get your kid a debit card definitely join step to help them not only earn rewards but build credit before they’re 18!
