Why Step is the King of debit cards for teens…. Ok so I am 16 and with the help of my sister she was able to get me a step card. Support is Superb!! I’ve been using Step for quite some time teaching kids financial responsibility. They sure don’t get this in school and schools should teach this so kids understand finances and credit. We changed our kids number but could not update it. Great customer service I had an issue with a sponsor account that I’m responsible for. I emailed them to help resolve this. Almost right away they responded. They were very helpful and polite. The issue was resolved.
