Kevin and his team were AWESOME about getting it to the right recipient and was very professional at keeping my mind at ease. I thought my money was out in the clouds somewhere. GBdefinitely recommend this app I've been using this app for the past 3-4 years. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and understand, and almost every question you need answered is right in the FAQ section. And if there happens to be any questions I have that are unanswered, customer service assists me beautifully. Transferring money between accounts, sponsors, and friends hasn't been a hassle in my experience. Buying physical products has honestly been stress-free as well, considering you don't need to enter a PIN number whenever buying something, so you're practically in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting out on their financial journey, or parent's who want to start their kids out with little to no issue.

GBThe STEP program is an excellent Teacher! The STEP program has been an excellent tool in helping us to teach our daughter about financial responsibility, and to prepare her for the "real" world after graduation. With the STEP card, she has been able to have her paycheck from her part-time job directly deposited into her account. It gives her a greater sense of autonomy now that she doesn't have to come to us for money and can pull out her STEP card. It's her money and her choices at her disposal. She is excited now about saving money and watching her savings balance grow. And she is far more responsible in what she spends her money on. The STEP program has made a huge difference in her life, and in ours!

GBGreat customer service I had an issue with a sponsor account that I’m responsible for. I emailed them to help resolve this. Almost right away they responded. They were very helpful and polite. The issue was resolved.
