Step is the best Step has been the best banking experience I’ve ever had, I’ve never experienced any bugs or issues with the card or transaction. It has helped me to significantly grow my credit from nothing to really good healthy credit with perfect credit history.

What a complete garbage app features… What a complete garbage app features are horrible and terrible like the points category of retailers none are available where I live and shop. What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. Needed help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!

Support is Superb!! I’ve been using Step for quite some time teaching kids financial responsibility. They sure don’t get this in school and schools should teach this so kids understand finances and credit. We changed our kids number but could not update it. A quick email/ chat with support was quickly resolved. We really appreciate this option for our kids!! Thank you.

definitely recommend this app I've been using this app for the past 3-4 years. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and understand, and almost every question you need answered is right in the FAQ section. And if there happens to be any questions I have that are unanswered, customer service assists me beautifully. Transferring money between accounts, sponsors, and friends hasn't been a hassle in my experience. Buying physical products has honestly been stress-free as well, considering you don't need to enter a PIN number whenever buying something, so you're practically in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting out on their financial journey, or parent's who want to start their kids out with little to no issue.
