Why Step is the King of debit cards for teens…. Ok so I am 16 and with the help of my sister she was able to get me a step card. I have occassional foster kids I have occassional foster kids. The STEPcards teach them responsibility and I can monitor their spending and add money when I need to. When my kids were in school i would have to leave work drive an hour 15 minutes to take them money if something came up. This is an amazing genius idea.
