GRAMMA looking to grow I am a low tech GRAMMA looking for a way to 'grow' my relationship with teenage grandkids beyond sending things on Amazon, they may not want, and gift cards limiting them to 'where' to eat & shop. They're teenagers, they're busy living their lives. Now, thanks to STEP I've got a 'virtual' shopping date with my 13 year old granddaughter, I sponsor, when she gets her STEP card!

Kevin and his team were AWESOME about getting it to the right recipient and was very professional at keeping my mind at ease. I thought my money was out in the clouds somewhere. Needed help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!

Great customer service I had an issue with a sponsor account that I’m responsible for. I emailed them to help resolve this. Almost right away they responded. They were very helpful and polite. The issue was resolved.

Best Banking for Teens & Adults alike! Amazing Bank for Teens & Adults that need their credit fixed with their secure credit card. I must admit you can find better banks that offer Zelle and other services like an debit card but you can always have a Step Account and another Bank Account :)
