Worst Customer Service EVER!! I sincerely wish I could have continued with giving no stars or negative stars but it doesn't let you. The customer service of this "company" is by far the worst I've ever experienced in my life. You can't reach an actual person for anything in the world. They can make videos on how to get a refund from a merchant however if you need a refund from Step forget about it. I have literally been trying to reach someone for over 7 hrs now. Visa tells you to call the bank, the bank says call Visa but for some reason you can't call STEP. I'm starting to think it is a shell company or a scam. WHAT IS THE NUMBER TO TALK TO A PERSON AT STEP?? NOT VISA NOT EVOLVE BUT STEP? WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER? Horrible Horrible or non existent CS. I have NEVER taken the time to write a review for anyone ever, good or bad. However this is the worst experience of my life so I decided to try and warn ppl as I wish someone would have warned me.

What a complete garbage app features… What a complete garbage app features are horrible and terrible like the points category of retailers none are available where I live and shop. What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. Speedy Customer Service The customer service team is so amazing. They answer quickly and provide the best assistance. Every issue I've ever had was resolved in an amazingly timely manner. There's never been any discrepancies with transactions. And the best thing about the whole thing is that they build my credit effortlessly.

Company steals money from customers Company steals money from customer. I had $1400 stolen and they did nothing to help they closed my account out instead. This company is a scam do not trust them.

I have occassional foster kids I have occassional foster kids. The STEPcards teach them responsibility and I can monitor their spending and add money when I need to. When my kids were in school i would have to leave work drive an hour 15 minutes to take them money if something came up. This is an amazing genius idea.
