What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. The best banking app I’ve used so far! Step has been one of the easiest & best banking apps I have used unlike cash app for example you have 2 separate cards both you can lock & use! The customer support is also amazing & they get straight to the point! I highly recommend this to anyone wants to increase their credit scores as well!

Needed help with moving funds I needed help with moving funds between my child’s Save and Spend account. I initially thought the interface was not intuitive enough to handle the task because it was not as direct using my previous methods. I waited to the next day to chat with a live person, and she was able to quickly help us accomplish what we wanted to do. From this experience, I realized the interface is actually more intuitive than I thought, and there are live persons available to chat with during normal business hours. This app interface has been great for the family!
