What a garbage app and that's not all they charge 100$ dollars for upgrading for what if none of the retailers and wireless carriers are accessible through points category. What a complete rip off and scam

definitely recommend this app I've been using this app for the past 3-4 years. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and understand, and almost every question you need answered is right in the FAQ section. And if there happens to be any questions I have that are unanswered, customer service assists me beautifully. Transferring money between accounts, sponsors, and friends hasn't been a hassle in my experience. Buying physical products has honestly been stress-free as well, considering you don't need to enter a PIN number whenever buying something, so you're practically in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting out on their financial journey, or parent's who want to start their kids out with little to no issue.

Best Banking for Teens & Adults alike! Amazing Bank for Teens & Adults that need their credit fixed with their secure credit card. I must admit you can find better banks that offer Zelle and other services like an debit card but you can always have a Step Account and another Bank Account :)

Worst Customer Service EVER!! I sincerely wish I could have continued with giving no stars or negative stars but it doesn't let you. The customer service of this "company" is by far the worst I've ever experienced in my life. You can't reach an actual person for anything in the world. They can make videos on how to get a refund from a merchant however if you need a refund from Step forget about it. I have literally been trying to reach someone for over 7 hrs now. Visa tells you to call the bank, the bank says call Visa but for some reason you can't call STEP. I'm starting to think it is a shell company or a scam. WHAT IS THE NUMBER TO TALK TO A PERSON AT STEP?? NOT VISA NOT EVOLVE BUT STEP? WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER? Horrible Horrible or non existent CS. I have NEVER taken the time to write a review for anyone ever, good or bad. However this is the worst experience of my life so I decided to try and warn ppl as I wish someone would have warned me.

The best banking app I’ve used so far! Step has been one of the easiest & best banking apps I have used unlike cash app for example you have 2 separate cards both you can lock & use! The customer support is also amazing & they get straight to the point! I highly recommend this to anyone wants to increase their credit scores as well!
