I got locked out of my son’s account… I got locked out of my son’s account and step was so helpful so that I can get back in! Brad was amazing and the process super easy!!! The best banking app I’ve used so far! Step has been one of the easiest & best banking apps I have used unlike cash app for example you have 2 separate cards both you can lock & use! The customer support is also amazing & they get straight to the point! I highly recommend this to anyone wants to increase their credit scores as well!

definitely recommend this app I've been using this app for the past 3-4 years. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and understand, and almost every question you need answered is right in the FAQ section. And if there happens to be any questions I have that are unanswered, customer service assists me beautifully. Transferring money between accounts, sponsors, and friends hasn't been a hassle in my experience. Buying physical products has honestly been stress-free as well, considering you don't need to enter a PIN number whenever buying something, so you're practically in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting out on their financial journey, or parent's who want to start their kids out with little to no issue.
