Great card and customer service! We have been using Step for a few years and it has saved us so many times, aside from it just being a great way for my kids to manage their money. Today, I had a minor issue and Conrad in customer service helped me in no time, and made some adjustments to make our experience even easier for me to manage! Highly recommend!

Why Step is the King of debit cards for teens…. Ok so I am 16 and with the help of my sister she was able to get me a step card. I’ve been so satisfied with the amount of rewards introduced since I joined and also the support team they answered everyone of my questions with clarity. The best banking app I’ve used so far! Step has been one of the easiest & best banking apps I have used unlike cash app for example you have 2 separate cards both you can lock & use! The customer support is also amazing & they get straight to the point! I highly recommend this to anyone wants to increase their credit scores as well!

Definitely 5 stars Definitely 5 stars. Amazon and Step are the 2 companies whose customer service never lets you down. My job accidentally issued me a check instead of a direct deposit and since check deposit is still being rolled out on step, I didn’t have that feature yet. After talking to step support and them getting back end approvals, they easily helped me out and gave me access to check deposits! Very helpful and well trained staff! Shoutout to Cody for helping me out!
