After sorting them by country, I was able to identify those that were worth anything on the website. I contacted the company via email and they responded quickly. I sent a number of coins that I was unable to identify. When my check arrived, it was a greater amount than expected. Great service.

Fast and as promised Super convenient way to recover your leftover cash from a trip. It was fast (2-3 business days in total) and I was refunded all that was promised. Exchange rate was far from ideal, but I didn't find better alternatives in the market and they do need to make money for the service they provide.

Efficient Service I was initially hesitant to send my currency in the mail to an company I had never used before. However, with limited options in town, I thought I would take the chance. The website process was straightforward. The form that I was supposed to print and enclose in the envelope did not load correctly, so I just took a screenshot and sent that instead. They sent an email once the currency had been received and the exchanged currency was processed about 5 days later. After this initial experience I would definitely use the company again.

I was for starters honestly surprised that someone had actually thought of all us travellers that come back home with foreign currency leftovers - which nobody at home would exchange and which usually end up in a forgotten box in some place or the other. Foreign Currency And Exchange provides an excellent service with clear instructions, so that I was able to send them my mixture of leftover currencies with payment precalculated and done immedeatelly after my package was delievered. Simple and fair While liquidating a business I found a box of leftover currency from foreign trips employees had taken over the years. Most of it consisted of obsolete bills that were no longer legal tender and could only be exchanged at the central bank in the issuing country. I was relieved to learn that I could mail these to FCCE for exchange at rates it publishes on line. The discount was reasonable in light of the service performed. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. The process was fast and convenient. U.S. dollars appeared in my account the day the bills arrived.
