Overpriced, shipping not free as advertised, frustrating customer service Purchased a KA3 from them. As soon as I send them the money they told me the current batch just sold out and I have to wait for the next one. The guy said that it will likely cost more but they will eat the cost. However, all other suppliers charge LESS for sending a miner with a later delivery date. I showed him the price of a miner at a company I had purchased from in the past and he said the price is “fake”. Plus, on their website it says miners with shipping cost of >$1200 is free, yet they charged me $300 for shipping. They told me what I read is incorrect and that was that. Edit: The miner took almost a month to be received. They could have easily scammed me and not sent it at all, so I will give them credit for that.

I DID RECEIVE NEW MINERS IN BOX! PLEASE READ ON I purchased 2 miners from this company, it was my first purchase with them and I used the stripe payment so I would have purchase protection with my credit card which cost me an extra $400 on top of them charging me an extra $200 per miner equaling an extra $800 because they said the miners where in stock. I paid and then they said the miners where not in stock and told me they would ship next week, it took about 4 weeks to get miners after I placed order, also the miners where making $40 each+ a day during this time costing me over $2000 if not more just to wait.
