Excellent customer service As with every other aspect of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, the mining industry is rife with fraud. As a newcomer to the mining industry, I was filled with uncertainty and mistrust, fearful of being deceived. All of this was happening before I talked to Gonzolo from Safetyminer. What a decent man! Gonzalo gladly supplied me with all the reassurance I could imagine and did all in his power to enlighten and assist me, resulting in a decent pricing. His words are legit! I've already gotten an S19XP and, due to the outstanding service, I've ordered five more. It is impossible for me to put into words how grateful I am to have found my miners' family and to have been able to do business with Safetyminer.

I DID RECEIVE NEW MINERS IN BOX! PLEASE READ ON I purchased 2 miners from this company, it was my first purchase with them and I used the stripe payment so I would have purchase protection with my credit card which cost me an extra $400 on top of them charging me an extra $200 per miner equaling an extra $800 because they said the miners where in stock. I paid and then they said the miners where not in stock and told me they would ship next week, it took about 4 weeks to get miners after I placed order, also the miners where making $40 each+ a day during this time costing me over $2000 if not more just to wait.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Great service. Order was processed, shipped, received and deployed within days of placing my order. No waiting weeks and weeks or getting hit with nasty "additional" import fees. I will definitely use this company again.
