Great Bank & Easy Process As a real estate investor, I was initially hesitant about dealing with an out-of-state bank. However, Dan and his team did a fantastic job. Magnolia Bank saved the day! Magnolia Bank saved the day. With the current economy I felt like all hope had been lost. I attempted the mortgage process with an online company (Loan Depot) who left me completely in the dark & felt like I had been taken advantage of.
