The Worst Bank Lender -Do Not Use them! May clients went to this bank to pull money out of their house to pay off loans. This was THE WORST experience with a team and underwriting process. I know this as I was on all the emails. They do acquisitions of houses , flips and I can tell you the underwriting process was horrible. They would constantly not open all the attachments requesting them again, cause over 14 business days of delays in closing the loan. This is a small loan 230k against value of home of 900+K and fico over 750. Ridiculous, the broker kept making excuses and pointing figures at the time it takes to upload the documents and then have underwriting review them stating "your not the only loan they are working on". The underwriter would come back with nit picky requests like I have NEVER SEEN. HORRIBLE horrible and will never use them again. At the last min they stuck my client with points because the broker screwed up and was not able to keep the loan as a no prepay penalty. So they had to pay for points to pay off this loan which they clearly stated at the beginning of the process was a kill item for them. DO NOT USE this company. And their rates are not competitive. They were so in and up against a lending deadline they had we just could not move the loan so we had to finish with this horrible bank lenders.

Magnolia Bank saved the day! Magnolia Bank saved the day. With the current economy I felt like all hope had been lost. I attempted the mortgage process with an online company (Loan Depot) who left me completely in the dark & felt like I had been taken advantage of. Even more frustrating - I had done so much research and legwork on various banks thinking I was on the right path with them. Then comes Magnolia Bank being the breath of fresh air I needed. I specifically remember saying to Dan & Greg "Do customers normally cry tears of joy when working with you?". I had all my questions answered, calls/texts returned and information disclosed They worked with me every step of the way and I highly recommend them to everyone. I didn't feel stuck, forced, rushed or confused at all. And - of course, less than 30 days later I am no longer drowning in debt or interest rates because of a reputable bank understanding my needs and putting customers first. I am extremely grateful and back on the right track! Thank you Dan, Greg & Magnolia!

The best out there! I have used Dan and Magnolia Bank a few times now and I can honestly say they are the best out there! His team guided me through everything and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I will not hesitate to use them in the future!

Great bank for purchase home loan I recently purchased a home using Magnolia Bank and they could not have been more helpful. They guided me through every step and we even closed escrow a little early. On top of that they offered a lower rate than my local bank. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Dan/Greg Dan, Greg, and his crew made everything very pleasant and easy. They got the loan processed very quickly and they kept me notified as to the status nearly every day.
