I state this because Dan and Greg were very hands on during the entire process, always communicated with me in a timely manner - walked me through the required document process/requirements - all electronically. Magnolia Bank saved the day! Magnolia Bank saved the day. With the current economy I felt like all hope had been lost. I attempted the mortgage process with an online company (Loan Depot) who left me completely in the dark & felt like I had been taken advantage of.
