I attempted the mortgage process with an online company (Loan Depot) who left me completely in the dark & felt like I had been taken advantage of. Even more frustrating - I had done so much research and legwork on various banks thinking I was on the right path with them. Then comes Magnolia Bank being the breath of fresh air I needed.
