GBGreat bank for purchase home loan I recently purchased a home using Magnolia Bank and they could not have been more helpful. GBMagnolia Bank saved the day! Magnolia Bank saved the day. With the current economy I felt like all hope had been lost. I attempted the mortgage process with an online company (Loan Depot) who left me completely in the dark & felt like I had been taken advantage of. Even more frustrating - I had done so much research and legwork on various banks thinking I was on the right path with them. Then comes Magnolia Bank being the breath of fresh air I needed.
