Great Service I was told this company has 1% or more lower rates than other lenders. I used their online app, and now I am closing a 4.875% 15 year when everyone else was at 6% or higher. Saving me around $250 a month on my new home purchase. James "Jim" Hammond helped me along the process taking the burden of applying for a loan down to a minimum These guys know their business. Very fast and simple, great communication. Highly recommend!

Everything they promised was delivered. The loan officer, Keynan Gilbert, provided excellent support throughout. Would never recommend again!! Jim Hammond wouldn't even answer my questions when the refi was over. I wouldn't recommend this moron to a bum going from one refrigerator box to another. Still won't get back to me. Acted like %2.87 was the best its gonna get when now its at a %2.14 less than 6 months from the refi. Guys a joke.
