GBWe were amazed by the service… We were amazed by the service especially since we heard about them through the mail! Tara Mccool the loan officer assistant was the first person to contact us. She was very professional and cordial. She was constantly in contact with us throughout the entire process. If we had any questions she had the answers, and quickly returned our calls if she was unavailable when we called. The loan officer was Keynan Gilbert who was also personable as well as knowledgeable. We had a glitch in the loan process which Ms Gilbert and Mccool expeditiously and satisfactorily corrected.
