I've now been with Smarty for 2 months having transferred from EE which wanted double the money for basically the same level of service (unlimited data). In fact, it's even better than EE because Smarty has much better EU (included) and worldwide (small fee) roaming options. I find the Three Network that Smarty uses to be mostly excellent, and sometimes (e.g. when on 5G) to be outstanding. I had a couple of customer service things to sort out early on and via live chat they were excellent with a fast response: a huge contrast to, say, giffgaff whom I've previously used. A MASSIVE thumbs up therefore from me re. Smarty.

Representative returned my e mail… Representative returned my e mail promptly Sunday Aug. 6 when I stated I could not get my computer to complete #30. cashback rebate offered by Smarty for my recent prchase. I sent him attachment pics of $30. rebate offer and my purchase I made with order number, date and purchase amount and he e mailed me promptly and sent me a link for Smarty and to submit claim.
