I've now been with Smarty for 2 months having transferred from EE which wanted double the money for basically the same level of service (unlimited data). In fact, it's even better than EE because Smarty has much better EU (included) and worldwide (small fee) roaming options. I find the Three Network that Smarty uses to be mostly excellent, and sometimes (e.g. when on 5G) to be outstanding. I had a couple of customer service things to sort out early on and via live chat they were excellent with a fast response: a huge contrast to, say, giffgaff whom I've previously used. A MASSIVE thumbs up therefore from me re. Smarty.

GBResponse was acceptable, tried to reach them again because I have an error in my response to them. The response was acceptable, timely, and the form provided was easy to manage, but my computer entered the wrong mail address at the last second. I have not been able to amend this error, though I have tried to access the response form by several different means. Please send me another form so I may give you the correct email address that I used to place the order.
