I'm very disappointed with the handling… I'm very disappointed with the handling of my loan from Trust Capital. It seems I just kept getting passed from one person to another with no one making sure my process went smoothly. The up front charge was taken out of my checking account at least a week before the loan funded. At every level of your operation and even with the company that funded the loan I was told the money would be put in my account that day. The money was never put in my account but instead was FED EX'd to me. Also I was told there would be no prepayment penalty but found out as the loan was funded that I would have to pay the full 3 years interest even if I paid it off early. Your staff is friendly and nice but they didn't see the loan thru to the end and did not return my call as I was calling for status reports. Phil Thompson

My experience with Trust Jan/Feb 2020. My experience with Trust Capital was absolutely amazing. We worked through various stages with 4 other lenders and without a doubt Trust was the unshakeable champion. Our loan officer, Erick McAllister, was accessible, attentive, and efficient. He gave us updates or checked in nearly every day. He solidified us an unbeatable offer that we know didn't come simply by submitting paperwork, and the lender he connected us to will be a tremendous asset to our business. Simply put, the largest compliment I can offer this team is they'll be the first ones we call for any additional financing needs. I would go straight to Erick without hesitation. I have attempted to contact this company...no answer I have attempted to contact this company to get more information about their funding options for our company. I was able to make an online appointment. I got reminder emails about the appointment. No response whatsoever by a live person. When I tried the phone number, it says that it is no good. Disappointed. This looked like a great option for our business.
