I'm very disappointed with the handling… I'm very disappointed with the handling of my loan from Trust Capital. It seems I just kept getting passed from one person to another with no one making sure my process went smoothly. The up front charge was taken out of my checking account at least a week before the loan funded. At every level of your operation and even with the company that funded the loan I was told the money would be put in my account that day. The money was never put in my account but instead was FED EX'd to me. Also I was told there would be no prepayment penalty but found out as the loan was funded that I would have to pay the full 3 years interest even if I paid it off early. Your staff is friendly and nice but they didn't see the loan thru to the end and did not return my call as I was calling for status reports. Phil Thompson
