Its very hard to get in contact with the right department to meet your needs, and get passed around. Sometimes, a department that helped you once will tel you they aren’t authorized to perform that action the second time. Also seems to be a disconnect within the company, where multiple employees have referred me to someone who hadn’t been with the company in a few weeks. But Ms. Rowan, Jay, and Keishiana have all been very helpful for me over the past year and a half. *Reply* In response to Lendfirm implying I have the wrong company, that is even more misleading, as I see Lendfirm direct pulls from my account bi-weekly. It is also confusing as the company names 50/50 pay and Americash Loans have been used nearly interchangeably with Lendfirm during my 2 years of payment.
