Horrible customer experience and the management talks to customers horribly. I've never been treated in such a demeaning way. I will actually filing a claim against them with the BBB. They handle things in a shady way. You can never speak to a manager. I think it's like one guy in the office pretending to be multiple people.

LendFirm — nasty, ghetto-like customer service. LendFirm is connected with Gage Diamonds. The jewelry folks are very helpful, nice prices ducts, fair pricing, good service… but the finance people are just plain nasty. If you can avoid using LendFirm — stay away from them.
