Tried over and over to refund Tried over and over to refund, no success. Can’t update payment. Honestly so dissatisfied with gage diamonds and lend firm it’s insane. Honestly spend the extra money on a nicer company and forget this joke of a place.

Great service, but reporting to the credit bureaus would really help. They got me approved for a loan quickly and easily. I got exactly what I wanted. I set up direct draft so there's really nothing to worry with on the customer side. They do offer a smooth process and a great service. I can't give them 5 stars yet. I really hope they start reporting positive payments to the credit bureaus. It would really help the customer out when it comes to their next loan. If you make positive payments for two years and it doesn't get reported, that's really cutting the credit rating short.

Find someone and stick with them Once you find a helpful person, they’re great! But SAVE THEIR NUMBER. Its very hard to get in contact with the right department to meet your needs, and get passed around. Sometimes, a department that helped you once will tel you they aren’t authorized to perform that action the second time. Also seems to be a disconnect within the company, where multiple employees have referred me to someone who hadn’t been with the company in a few weeks. But Ms. Rowan, Jay, and Keishiana have all been very helpful for me over the past year and a half. *Reply* In response to Lendfirm implying I have the wrong company, that is even more misleading, as I see Lendfirm direct pulls from my account bi-weekly. It is also confusing as the company names 50/50 pay and Americash Loans have been used nearly interchangeably with Lendfirm during my 2 years of payment. Please know that this review was written correctly.

I rarely ever finance money I rarely ever finance money, too many trcks, snags and interest, lend firm was true to their word, easy financing and quick service. I don't even know the payment is taken from payroll until I see the bank statement. I absolutely hate direct draft, but lend firm strategically takes the payment on payroll day , no surprises and easy budgeting
